1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by KAKOKI Creative Co. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Services

KAKOKI Creative Co. provides professional web design, branding, and digital marketing services. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate proposal or agreement.

3. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins.
• The final balance is due upon project completion and before final files or website credentials are handed over.
• Late payments may result in a suspension of services or additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the client owns the finished product (logo, website, etc.). However, KAKOKI Creative Co. retains the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing materials may result in project timeline extensions.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KAKOKI Creative Co. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
